Hi, I’m Emma.

For a long time, my life looked exactly as it should.

The career. The home. The family. The life I had worked so hard to build.

And one morning, holding my eighteen-month-old son standing at the window of our Victorian terrace in London, I thought: not another day.

Not because anything was wrong. But because nothing felt real.

I had spent years becoming who I needed to be to succeed, to belong, to be loved. And somewhere in all of that, I had quietly abandoned myself.

That moment cracked everything open.

What followed was the most courageous and beautiful journey of my life.

I left London. I moved my children to Mallorca in six weeks. I devoted myself entirely to truth, healing and purpose.

I faced myself honestly beyond the conditioning, beyond the roles, beyond everything I had been told a woman should be.

And what I found on the other side was not a new version of me.

It was the original one.

Now I walk beside women doing the same.

Not because I have all the answers. But because I know this territory intimately the disconnection, the longing, the quiet voice that says there must be more and I know what it takes to find your way back.

My work draws on twenty years across healing modalities yoga, meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, Theta Healing, somatic work and nervous system regulation, alongside a fifteen-year career in media at The Guardian, ELLE UK, Harper’s Bazaar and Hearst Magazines.

But more than any qualification, what I bring is this: I have lived this work. Every layer of it.

I believe:

That nothing is wrong with you.

That the parts of you that feel broken are simply waiting to be illuminated.

That the exhaustion you feel is not weakness it is your truth asking to be heard.

That the life you are longing for is not out of reach it is waiting on the other side of coming home to yourself.
